What is the warranty policy of the Sensedge?
Kaiterra provides a 1-year manufacturer warranty on the Sensedge. If you have purchased a Sensedge and encounter any issues, get in touch with our customer service team and we will fix or replace the defective device within the first 12 months of your purchase.
For products that are out of warranty, we are happy to help and fix or replace the device for you with an additional service fee. Contact our customer service for more information.
