When first creating a Kaiterra Web App account, you are required to activate your account before you can use it. Your activation link will be sent via email from firstname.lastname@example.org to the email address you are using for the Web App login.
While that activation link should be sent instantly, there are times where that email does not arrive in your main inbox. Please make sure to do the following:
- Check to make sure that your email address for the Kaiterra Web App account was typed correctly. If it was incorrect, you will need to create a new Web App account for the proper email address.
- Check your spam folder! Our activation emails, on rare occasions, can end up in the general spam folder of your email inbox.
If your Web App account email address is correct and you cannot find the activation email from email@example.com in any of your folders, or your activation link has expired and says "invalid link" after opening it up, send us a support ticket and our team will be more than happy to help!
