Yes. The technical specifications for the sound sensor are available to download. You will find the datasheet on our Sound Monitoring page and in the Technical Download Center alongside our other datasheets. It covers the microphone type, accuracy, measurement and frequency range, power, sampling, outputs, and reporting intervals.

On privacy and security, the sound sensor is engineered so that no audio ever leaves the module. Only aggregated sound statistics are sent to the device. The design was reviewed by an independent security firm, and the architecture, including the sampling method and circuit design, is documented so your own security team can review it.
