What happens if a gateway cannot be found?

The Sensedge Go requires a Kaiterra-provided gateway to communicate with the cloud.  

If the installation app is reporting that no gateways are found, this can mean:

  • The gateway was never added.  In this case, navigate back and add a gateway first.
  • The gateway was added, but to another building.  To determine if this is the case, ask your organization admin or Kaiterra support.

If you’re sure a Kaiterra-provided gateway is installed and operational – for example, if it was added to a nearby building in your organization, and you’re sure the signal penetrates to the necessary location to install this Go – tap ‘’There’s already a nearby gateway installed” and follow the prompts to proceed.
