What if I run into errors during the tap setup of the Sensedge Go?

If you’re receiving an error after tapping your phone to the Sensedge Go, and you’ve already ruled out the suggestions provided by the app, here are some things to know in general:

  • If you’re on Android, the Kaiterra app requires NFC permissions.
  • The NFC transaction between your phone and the Go can take a few seconds, and your phone must be placed firmly against the Kaiterra logo on the Go while this is happening.
  • Not all phones have their NFC chip at the top of the phone.  Try moving your phone around a bit.
