How to remove other administrators from an Organization

There are five statuses an Organization Member can have:

  • "Organization Owner" - has complete control over the entire Organization Account and can assign (and remove) any of the roles below
  • "Organization Administrator" - has administrator rights for the entire Organization Account
  • "Project / Building Administrator" - has administrator rights for select Projects / Buildings within the Organization
  • "Project / Building Installer" - has "installer" permissions, allowing them to add and edit devices.
  • "Viewer" - has viewer rights for some (or all) Projects / Buildings within the Organization

If you have a scenario where you need to remove an Organization Administrator from the Organization (or demote their status), but you do not have an "Organization Owner" as part of your organization, please contact support@kaiterra.com and we can help assign an "Owner" to your account.
