How to remove other administrators from an Organization

With our current Organization Account structure, there are four statuses a member can have:

  • "Organization Owner" - has complete control over the entire Organization Account and can assign (and remove) any of the roles below
  • "Organization Administrator" - has administrator rights for the entire Organization Account
  • "Project / Building Administrator" - has administrator rights for select Projects / Buildings within the Organization
  • "Viewer" - has viewer rights for some (or all) Projects / Buildings within the Organization

If you have a scenario where you need to remove an Organization Administrator from the Organization (or demote their status), but you do not have an "Organization Owner" as part of your organization (this may happen if your organization was created prior to Q4 2023), please contact support@kaiterra.com and we can help assign an "Owner" to your account.
