How do I factory reset the Sensedge?

To factory reset the Sensedge, navigate to the Settings --> Device Details page and press the "Reset Factory Settings" button.

In the rare scenario where you are unable to access the Settings page of the device (ie. if there is a PIN code enabled on the device and you cannot remember the PIN code), you can still factory reset the device by doing the following:

• Attempt to access the settings page of the device by entering an incorrect PIN code.
• After enough attempts, the device will have an option to factory reset the device.
• Follow the on-screen instructions in order to successfully factory reset the device.
