The Sensedge does not directly measure mold, but tracks relative humidity, particulate matter, and temperature — all of which could indicate that mold is present in your environment.
By tracking these parameters, you could prevent mold spores from growing by setting temperature and humidity thresholds. Additionally, mold spores fall within a measurable particulate range that the Sensedge can track. Because the Sensedge cannot identify the makeup of these particles, we recommend using another instrument that detects mold to confirm its presence.
