You can locate the serial number for your Sensedge Mini in several places depending on where you are in the setup process:

Before Configuration (Physical Device)

On the outside of the original device packaging.
Underneath the front cover of the device, located just above the left sensor module bay.

During Configuration (Installation App)

Listed directly on the device details screen while you are configuring the monitor in the app.

After Configuration (Kaiterra Data Platform)

Located under the Device Details section, as well as on various pages throughout the data platform.
