Before installation, please download the Kaiterra Installation App (search “Kaiterra Installation” in your app store) for device configuration. You’ll also need a registered Kaiterra account to access both the Installation App and our Data Platform.

If you purchased your device directly from Kaiterra, you should have received an invitation email from noreply@kaiterra.com to create your account. If you purchased your device from an authorized reseller, please contact them to request an account invitation.

If you have trouble locating the invitation or do not receive one, please email support@kaiterra.com and include your receipt.
