Optimize Device Placement

• Avoid obstacles: Keep the Sensedge Go and Gateway away from metal objects, thick walls, and dense materials

Antenna Considerations

• Reception is best when the gateway antenna and the orientation of the Go are parallel.  So if your Go is mounted on a wall, the gateway antenna should be vertical.
• Ensure the antenna is properly attached and not damaged
