How can I connect the Sensedge to the Internet?
The Sensedge supports Wi-Fi and Ethernet for connectivity. The Sensedge supports various network configurations, including corporate proxy servers, hidden SSIDs, and captive portals.
Navigate to the Sensedge’s Settings - Wi-Fi page to select the SSID you would like to connect to (or input a hidden SSID). If there are any additional requirements for the connection (e.g. captive portal login) you will automatically be prompted to enter them. You may also choose to manually set the network properties (IP address, Gateway, and Subnet mask).
To configure your ethernet connection, navigate to the Settings - Ethernet page. Choose between auto mode and manual mode to set up your connection for either DHCP or Static IP networks.
Please consult with your ISP or IT admin to clarify connection requirements if you run into connection issues.
